Greetings,
My Name Is
Lowell Vancil. I would like to take this time to introduce
myself, and thank you for the interest you have expressed in
Real Estate in our area.
I come from a background in
construction. As owner of a local construction company I
was quite successful, had a reputation for doing quality work and
doing what I said I would do. Due to a shoulder injury I decided to pursue a
career that wasn’t as physically demanding and went to school to obtain my Real
Estate licence. After considering a number of the Real Estate companies in
the area I decided on Remax of Rome because of the honesty and integrity
of the company. Remax feels as I do that having people find the home
they want, for the money they can afford is our utmost duty, and that our
loyalty is to our client. It is important to me that your home buying
experience is easy, satisfying, and you are happy that you have been treated
with the respect you deserve. Buying a house can be confusing, frustrating,
intimidating, and stressful. As an Accredited Buyer's Representative and
Relocation Specialist my job is to help you through the process and act as your
agent in all dealings. I have access to a wide variety of information and
experience that the general public doesn't have.
Whether you are buying from Remax of Rome or from
another company; I can and will represent you in all
situations. I can show you any property that any real estate
company is offering for sale. As a Realtor I feel a commitment
to the public to work to make the community a better place to
live, to keep prices in line, and to work for the best
interest of you, the client. Not all Real Estate Agents are
Realtors, we Realtors are pledged to a code of ethics that
calls for a much higher standard of
professionalism.
As the
branch manager of the Remax Ceadartown office and a graduate
of the Real Estate Institute I look forward to serving you in the near future and hopefully for
